Not very organised in this pharmacy staff are polite enough but it’s all the mess they make for not getting anything right. Could it be lack of communication between them? Always looks so over staffed yet never fail to get something wrong!
Worst managed pharmacy in the area, used to be good but now gone down hill. Delivery driver turns up 2/3 times when they forget to send item's out not because they didnt have them in stock its because they dont check for fridge items, happens every month, then he knocks on the door like he will knock it down my soul starts to shiver! Why cant you check everything at once the first time and then deliver. Secondly most patients only gets a months supply of medication, so if your don't have a item In stock Atleast send what you have and owe the rest for another day, instead of holding the whole prescription of about 15 items and very important medication. The person who first opened the pharmacy managed it very well, asian girls at the back now are ridicules and not very helpful. With regret will be taking my prescriptions else where.
What fantastic service! We said that we’d pop for a coffee while they were checking if they had the prescription we needed - and the young man actually brought it into the coffee shop for us! Definitely above and beyond - thankyou so much!
Brilliant and super friendly Pharmacy who went above and beyond, especially on a Bank Holiday. Thank you so much to the team for excellent service.
Beware of pricing here - went in yesterday for a tube of canesten cream which I had previously bought at Tesco for £8.30 - they wanted £11.30 ish for the same stuff!!
