Story

Established in 1999, Celsius Plumbing and Heating are proud to have built a reputation based on providing excellent workmanship while maintaining a personal, customer focused service.

We are a family business, but we have the knowledge and backup to tackle larger projects with the same efficiency and attention to detail.

We install, service and repair all makes of central heating boilers including natural gas, electric, oil and LPG and we are Gas Safe registered.

We also provide a bathroom design, supply and installation service and are affiliated with Utilities Warehouse, which can save you money by consolidating your utility bills

Celsius are fantastic. They installed my new combi boiler replacement and service my Ideal combi boiler every year since my combi boiler installation back in 2021. They are easy to deal with and their plumbers are always professional and friendly. They send me a service reminder every year which is really great service as it keeps my boiler in great working order and helps keep my 10 year ideal boiler parts and labour warranty in check. I will always highly recommend Celsius Plumbing and Heating to my fiends and family.
Very easy to organise through the online system. Clear quotation provided. Engineer arrived right on time and was polite and finished the job quickly. Was emailed report on the work done shortly after. A very good service!
From start to finish the experience with Celsius was fantastic and good value for money. After a recommendation from a neighbour for a boiler service, I contacted Celsius to arrange an appointment. The process was seamless, professional and efficient. The engineer arrived as arranged and carried out a very thorough service. I would definitely use Celsius again and would highly recommend to others.
Connor came and serviced our boiler. He also offered and drained the radiators at the same time and advised on how to keep both well maintained. He kept in touch on arrival so I could plan my day and was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
The team from Celsius sorted us out with a new boiler after ours broke down. Gave us a very competitive price and we were keen to use a local supplier after seeing so many positive reviews. They managed to fit us in within a few days - a week sooner than expected which was a bonus with no working heating and some very cold weather. The team were absolutely fantastic. Ian got the quote through and stayed in touch throughout the work to make sure everything was on track. Blair and Dylan made a fantastic job of fitting the new boiler and having it up and running within just a few hours. Only one minor hiccup in that an optional extra part hadn’t arrived but it didn’t affect the operation and Blair popped back with their apprentice Connor and quickly got it sorted. I think the one thing that really stands out for the whole team is how knowledgable they are and that they’re willing to supply a system that works for you. They understood that we wanted a higher hot water flow rather than trying to insist what comes from an estimator is correct. They didn’t try and oversize gas and water supplies as it’s ‘policy’, instead taking the time to check what we had would be suitable. This ultimately resulted in a much more reasonable quote over 30% less than bigger companies and the service has been far better too!
Celsius Plumbing delivered outstanding service installing two complex boilers in my home. The pre-installation interactions with Ian and Monique were excellent, very efficient and clear communications. On the installation, Jamie and his team were fast but clean, and informative throughout, keeping me updated with the process. Their combination of skill, attention to detail, and customer care makes them highly recommendable, and I would gladly use their services again.
Really quick and professional service - I was really impressed with how well everything was explained to me and I was given some very reasonable options to consider. The team are really easy to contact and were more than willing to help with any questions I had throughout the process and afterwards as well. Really efficient install and Blair cleaned everything up before leaving so you wouldn’t have even noticed they were here. Would definitely use Celsius again and can’t recommend them enough.
Excellent experience, from first contact with Lewis in the office to Jamie who turned up right on time the next day, doing a quick, professional and courteous job. Highly recommended.
The booking was simple to arrange and the quote is free. The contractor was experienced and very efficient. Couldn't fault the work. Great value.
