Not a registered company and she and her team do not have advanced DBS certificates. She’s a sole trader who asks for the full money before the event. She sent a very young, socially awkward boy to a 1 and 3 year olds birthday party. Didn’t provide the face painting and glitter tattoos and balloon modelling had zero skill. This was little more than a young boy with a speaker. The children couldn’t understand what was being said- it was embarrassing. She let me down- wasn’t honest or clear about who was attending, didn’t provide what she was meant to. When I complained she took no responsibility and didn’t refund. I had witheld £40 and she said that covered the stuff she didn’t provide but it does not compensate for embarrassing ‘entertainment’. The most unprofessional part was that infront of all my family, the young boy refused to leave without receiving the rest of the money. Such a unprofessional company who don’t care for the upset they have caused. Ignored all my messages. There’s nowhere to leave a review on her Facebook page. Please only use a reputable registered business, who is insured with an advanced DBS certificated- Please do not trust this girl.
Would like to say thank you to Jenna Taccagni for providing the childrens entertainer . Lewis was amazing with the children as well as with the adults. Everyone had a ball, I would recommend icing on the cake entertainment to anyone who needs a children's entertainer. Thank you
