She was so impressed by it, like myself when I picked it up from the shop, it was such a shame to cut it. As for the sponge cake what can I say, apart from it was absolutely lovely, light and fluffy. Also thanks to the lady in the shop who dealt with me from when ordering the cake to picking it up.
