Had one appointment here, was misdiagnosed, put in a hospital for few weeks...not treated well at all by the some of the staff. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who might vulnerable and seeking help for their mental health issues. Wouldn't want to see anyone else go through the poor NHS care I received either.
As a Bipolar-1, the Mental Health Medical Team at Ysbyty Cefni, Llangefni have been really excellent with me! : I have had my fair share of, 'ups and downs' and, 'turbulence' with my condition, but have always found the staff to be attentive, sympathetic and very understanding to my situation. : Without Ysbyty Cefni and the team at Ysbyty Gwynedd, I probably would not be here / alive today, and so I say a sincere, 'THANK-YOU', and even though we are currently in the midst of an, 'NHS Covid-19 Virus Situation', just want to wish you all of the Very Best for the Future. Thank-you once again! :
The staff, workers and doctors I have met are polite and friendly, and make you feel welcome, however the efficiency of this place is lacking and needs some improvement.

Rude receptionists, rude medical secretaries, and don't bother feeling suicidal past half 3 in the afternoon, cause there won't be any duty staff available
