Clarke was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it came to choosing our stove. He even arranged for a fitter to come look at our existing set-up, and had a quote back to us the day following. Nothing was a bother, and we’d our new stove fitted a lot sooner than first thought, due to a cancellation. We’re very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend. Thank you Clarke.

Absolutely delighted with our new stove! First class service from the team at Browne’s Ardglass. Good knowledge from any staff we dealt with. Good advice based on size of opening as to what size of stove to choose. We were able to get the complete package from stove purchase through to fitting. Added bonus to be able to purchase stone for the back and beautiful hearth direct from Browne’s too. Also, came out at very short notice to sort out a gas hob connection. Staff are pleasant to deal with, showroom has a great selection to browse. All in all a great company to deal with! Thank you!

If you're looking for a first class experience of buying a stove then Browne's of Ardglass is the place to go. I can't emphasise enough the help we received from Clarke. His knowledge was invaluable in helping us decide the best solution for us. His patience was second to none taking the time to ensure we got what we wanted. Then Stephen the installer  a true gentleman fitted the stove leaving no trace. The whole operation went smoothly without a hitch and at a reasonable cost. Now toasting my toes by our new stove... Perfect!

Fantastic customer service ... always go above and beyond to be super helpful. Ran out of gas forgot to order rang up and they were here within 30 mins.. took old bottle off connected new bottle up. Lovely people. Highly recommend
