I just went in to this store. Not impressed. Let me explain (as I was not given a chance to do so in store). A year ago my mum gave me her laptop as it had taken an impact and the screen had come off. I ordered a new screen but I am having trouble sourcing the screen cover and hinges. I suffered a bad accident and injury and then moved house and then new job so the laptop got left and I no longer have time for a relatively simple screen replacement. I took it in and went to show the gentleman there, who without looking at it or letting me get past "can you repair this or not", he said "I don't even look at jobs where other people have already taken them apart and butchered them". I'm still in shock and awe at the rudeness of this man and would not go back for love nor money. Absolutely unbelievable.

I’ve been using Chris to fix my laptop’s for nearly 15 years now and cant fault him. Once again he’s revived my slow laptop back to life. I was thinking I would have to buy a new laptop but I’ve just picked it up and am over the moon. I rely on my laptop so much these days. I’m not one for leaving reviews but I couldn’t recommend Chris enough.

I've had occasion to use the services of Chris a couple of times recently and each time has been an absolute pleasure. He quickly identified my technical issues and offered me thorough and conclusive steps to resolve the situations. On both occasions, the friendliness, the knowledge and all round service supplied was superb, only possibly eclipsed by the very reasonable cost attached. Cannot recommend this shop highly enough, a credit to the industry and surrounding area.
