They sold me an open box monitor. Turns out it was missing the screws to attach the base to the pillar. When I raised this issue: they said contact the manufacturer... who didn't do those screws any more. So now I have a monitor that can't stand up. Sadly the rating system doesn't go in to minus stars, I'd give them a -3/5. Buyer beware when it comes to CCL. Amazon wouldn't have treated a customer like this.

Brought a monitor off them via Amazon. 6 months later a black circle appears and when reporting it was told it's a pressure mark, user error. What ?  Nothing has been on it, it's been on my desk.  Search on Google shows these are dead pixels most likely due to manufacture issues.  Does this company care ? No.  6months old, and it wasnt a cheap screen either.  On reflection I should of brought from a main line provider...better support and service.

Ordered a gpu on sale with a 2 week wait. Ordered and kept a check on if stock had arrived. Said awaiting stock for a week or so, then after 11 days said stock discontinued. I contacted them and they sent me a similar different brand GPU at original sale price. One star lost for me finding out on my own stock wasn't coming in, 4 stars for the treatment afterwards, they were great. Thank you

Disappointed. Placed an order online and, twice, when trying to pay by PayPal the transaction didn't go through something to do with CCL website saying they didn't deliver to my address; they do. The transactions showed as pending in my bank app. Phoned CCL who were less than helpful, said it was my responsibility to contact PayPal even though it was their site that had tried to take payment but they were completely unwilling to help They are cheap but so is their customer service so think I'll look elsewhere in future.

Ordered computer parts from CCL with DPD Saturday delivery due to be delivered 31st December. Paid extra for Saturday delivery. To date, nothing has shown up, Live Chat on their website cannot help me, cannot get through on the phone. Customer service ticket opened on 31st December has gone unanswered and unnoticed.  I'm starting to wonder if this company actually exists.

Placed an order for a motherboard and cpu on Saturday as they advertised Sunday delivery, the item did not get dispatched nor delivered.  They have no call centre Sunday so i had to call to enquire Monday, after a 30 minute wait i was told by a friendly member of staff there had been a mistake and it would be shipped overnight for Tuesday delivery.  Tuesday came and to my suprise the items once again did not arrive . After another 35 minutes of holding on the phone i got through to the same member of staff who told me the exact same and he would post it the next day.  I didnt want to take the risk and i have asked for a refund, lets see if i actually receive it  UPDATE: i received my refund and bought cheaper with ebuyer with free next day delivery

Brought a monitor at a great price on 1st of Jan. Although standard delivery was due on the 10th, it became apparent they were out of stock, with new stock not arriving until the 10th. They dispatched it that day and it arrived during the morning next day. Can't fault that. Was a bit worried with some of the negative reviews lately, but received my monitor brand new sealed in the box and in perfect working order. Very happy with it, thank you.

Avoid like the plague. Took 7 days to despatch my order that was in stock and now the shipment has mysteriously disappeared and neither courier or CCL are willing to help. Was meant to be a Christmas present but looks like I’m going to have to open a dispute with PayPal now to get my money back and it’s the 23rd Dec now so screwed in regards to getting a alternative. I will never use this company again.

Not good. Bought an as new laptop for my son for Christmas. Battery was faulty. I've been pestering for over 2 weeks for a returns label and haven't received one despite being promised one. I just want a refund as my son is upset he didn't get a proper Christmas present. Terrible customer service. Avoid.
