Called out on a Friday evening and arrived very promptly. Had a full loss of electricity to my house and Charles diagnosed and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. Best Electrician i have ever used. Professional, courteous and a good sense of humour which helped my dire situation. Would give ten stars if i could. Thanks again.

Had a power failure on a Saturday evening. CBS Got me up and running again quickly and without the need for a visit. Couldn't be more grateful and would recommend unreservedly.

As a retired Chartered Electrical Engineer, I sought out Charles to do the Periodic Inspection on our village hall by reading the reviews of others, and I am delighted to say they were spot on in their opinion of CBS. He arrived on time to an unoccupied address, checking carefully beforehand about the job and location (excellent comms and adherence to plan). I was impressed by his thoroughness and clear explanations of what he was trying to achieve. During the inspection, several problems were identified and CBS provided a decent quote for the remedial work within a few days of the inspection. It is hugely helpful that there were no long delays between the first call and getting all the inspection defects put right, and all at a very reasonable cost. Our previous electrician who did the hall inspections had retired, so we have a good history of what the job should cost and time it should take. CBS was well within our expectations. I was very impressed by his service and I have had CBS back for another job and received the same personal attention, promptness, clear explanations, competent work and reasonable charges. Not just a one off! Can highly recommend CBS Electrical Services and would definiely come back to them for our next Periodic Inspection.
