Very polite punctual and incredible covid safety measures in place
Staff were very helpful and friendly during my visit. Safety measures were taken from the staff for my own and their safety. Finding the place was a little tricky due to the postcode taking me to the primary school first, but it wasn’t too difficult to find in the end.
Scan itself was fine. Unfortunately the staff answering the phones is ineffective and condescending. Rather unacceptable for a receptionist to lecture a customer on how to open a file, especially considering they failed to send my medical records to the correct email address, sharing my information with a random person. Unprofessional.
The radiologist who did my scan today was wonderful - caring, gentle and explained everything in detail. My experience was great and I would highly recommend the Imaging practice.
Simple and efficient service. Wish I'd paid directly as it's cheaper than via my dentist.
