I recently visited this center, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff, from the receptionists to the nurse who performed my 3D dental scan, were all incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They explained the entire procedure in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout. Truly impressed with the high level of care and service provided!

Easy to book CT scan via contact made by dentist referral. New Malden a good location for me. Nicki who did the jaw scan was great. She was informative and pleasant. I was seen earlier than my appointment time and the process was very quick. I paid privately and thought the price reasonable. Results were promised by next day to my dentist.
The technician who did the scan was nice but the building was very shoddy and badly needs a refurbishment. But worse was went it came time to pay they tried to charge me more than I had been quoted for. It took 2 days to sort this out as the male receptionist didn't believe me until he spoke to my dentist.
Super friendly staff. All work done with clear instructions. Every phone call has good customer support.

I visited the centre to get an X-ray. The staff were lovely and the whole appointment only took 10 min. Booking process is very straightforward, as well as the pre-appointment form.
Chances are you are referred and don't have a choice as to whether to use this place. Prices are exhorbitant. Premises a bit faded. Booking system a disaster area - they lost me in their system and left me twiddling my thumbs for 90 mins. I am not qualified to review their work - presumably my dentist must believe it's adequate to send me there in the first place..
The person taking the imaging was quite unpleasant, matter of fact and kirt… I left feeling quite disappointed that I was made to feel so uncomfortable, even the way the payment was taken was slightly abrupt. The last time I came to you, it was a very different, pleasant experience, which is why I chose to mention it. I would be happy if I had to come back and was faced with the same woman.
Lovely friendly staff, efficient, lovely practice with the best most advanced medical equipment. I was in and out within 5 minutes. This is my first experience of private medical care and I'm super impressed
