The food was delicious. The service is very nice, also the gentleman in the parking lot was very nice. After entering the car park, you will pay £10 and when you come back from the Giant causeway, you can use the £10 you paid when you come back from Giants Casaway to the restaurant. Great service, helpful. On a scale of one to ten, I'd give it a twelve. Maybe next time I will use the accommodation. I highly recommend.
Visited giants causeway . Went to park in the visitor car park that would have cost us £31 . Said to the attendant we just wanted to park and were told we had to leave the main parking area and drive to the top car park . On way out noticed a guy from Causeway hotel and asked could we park at hotel . He said it would cost £10 absolutely brilliant I thought . He then gave us a voucher for the value of £10 and said this could be used in the restaurant. So in truth the parking cost us nothing . Went into hotel and we were greeted by gentleman who couldn't do enough for us we ordered 2 coffees a scone and a drinking chocolate . He took the voucher and said the bill was £4.25 . Great customer service and price . Don't pay any attention to the numerous signs on the way to the giants causeway to pre book it's all a scam . Causeway hotel 10 out of 10
This is a review for the restaurant. Like the other reviewers we paid £10 to park the car then we walked down to the Giants Causeway. As you can imagine it is very busy in this location, the owners of the Hotel have spotted a good opportunity to welcome customers. Once you return you can use the £10 towards your lunch. The hotel is in a great location and it was very nice inside. We had a lovely meal before setting off for Portstewart.
Loved this hotel! They have so much to offer. Tickets to Giants Causway center included in the stay and it is right next door. Nice bar and restaurant located in the hotel. And more! The rooms were very nice and clean. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.Rooms: 5/5
My family and I visited the Giants Courseway back in September. We had been awake since the early hours travelling and had parked at the hotel just before the breakfast time ended. Thankfully we were welcomed into the dining area and shown to a table where we had our first experience of a full Irish breakfast with soda bread. It was very tasty and large with great service from a very kind lady. We later used their facilities to change into dry clothes after being caught in a rainstorm while walking the Courseway!! Again welcomed with a smile. We would definitely considered staying at the hotel when we visit next time.
Great hotel. Great location. Great food and awesome staff what more do you need. Must visit. We will definitely be back and start our yearly destination. Rooms: Clean, tidy and they thought of every need. Nearby activities: Alot of nice views and walk or train trip Safety: We didn't feel unsafe. We used their car park to visit the Giants Causeway for £10.... after our walk.... went into hotel bar... had a couple of Coffees and big bowl yummy thick fried.... and they deducted the £10 for using car park.... Perfect idea.Hotel highlightsLuxury, Great view
hotel was pretty nice. rooms nice but cold, would not heat. had hot water at night, not in the morning. food was just okay.Rooms: 4/5
There for coffee...waited 30mins for coffee. Location beautiful but stale scones and paying was quite an ordeal! Also, very expensive...3 coffeesand 2 scones - just under £21! There was only one card machine working between the dining room and bar. One of the staff declared this place is like Fawltey Towers An American group beside us sat for 20minsand then asked us if they had to order coffee at the bar.Oh dear...quite an embarrassment for one of NI prime locations!
Possibly the worst experience my family and friends have ever had. Dropped in for lunch. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Our waitress argued with us over our order when they brought out the wrong items. If you are a tourist stay away from here and go into the town.
