It is a very good hospital with everything ..cooking especially Magda Goszka she is always kind and did a nice cook and yummy food and cleaned well in the kitchen. .nCleaning and nurses and doctors..and they're talking to the patients and listening to them what they talking about. just my objection for the type of pillows that are used in the hospital. And nurses in general good. Just the mental section needs a clinical pharmacist to help patients and nurses with medication issues because I am an a pharmacist overseas I went to this hospital and I saw every important thing to get a clinical pharmacist to this section.to help with taking history from to patient and nurses to get more benefits from is being in the hospital.
Just avoided a head on collision with another car as abandoned car on curve of bend narrowed passing point in car park ! Mounted kerb to avoid impact! My pregnant daughter notably shaken and wrecked my passenger side tyre! Nothing short of Wacky Races in here !nSeriously dangerous and badly managed Carpark ! Oversubscribed with continual stream of cars coming through the barriers NO CUT OFF WHEN FULL ! Cars abandoned on walkways and bends and NO ONE MANAGING THIS !nPhoned hospital Services & Estates to advise of the dangerous situation and Barry the manager - apologised understanding the ongoing issues that the Trust are NOT ADDRESSING & RESOLVING is sending me a complaint form .nAbsolute disgrace for a relatively new hospital to be so badly planned and running like this .nRatepayers, patrons and the local council need to put pressure on to make this safe and accessible for patients who deserve better !
I spent last 6 days in this hospital with bad chest infection. And I can say the care they give me from I enter hospital to day I left was fantastic the staff nurse and doctors do everything in there power to get you the answer about your health I will always be thankful
I have been in Causeway Hospital twice in the last 7 weeks, I could not speak highly enough of this hospital, in fact it is the best hospital I have ever been in in Northern Ireland. All of the staff are amazing from the consultant, staff on the wards, cleaners.The food was just amazing and so professional. While I had to travel quite a distance from Carrickfergus to Causeway, it was an amazing experience for me and my family. I would recommend Causeway Hospital to anyone, in fact if I needed to go into hospital again, I would ask if possible to be seen at Causeway Hospital. I could never thank everyone enough for making my stay so positive and for the care and attention during both my operations. Isobel McClean Carrickfergus
Restaurant always a disappointment, two days of the week they refuse to sell meat products due to healthy eating policy. If I'm spending my money I will decide what I want to eat. Also never have any fried or poached eggs and on the rare days they do, they will be overcooked.
