Called then lookin for an electrical boiler engineer. The lady that picked up told me to hold the line till she found the phone number of the guy. After about 6 or 7 minutes she found it and passed it to me telling me I have to call him myself and make an appointment ( what do you even have an office for then ? ). Anyway , called him, Mr. Lee Jones, was his name. Made an appointment for next day. Didn't show up. When called him he did not answer his phone. Left him a message to call back. Never happened. Not impressed.

Fantastic service from having boiler fitted 13 months ago. Brilliant team of lads who even offered to take shoes off to go upstairs! Rang for appointment to increase pressure and was advised i didn't need to spend £50 plus it was fine. Amazing to find such honesty. Would highly recommend.

My mum lives in Warrington and her boiler broke at the weekend. A friend recommended Causeway so I called them Saturday at 8am and by 9am they were at my mums fixing it. She said they were really friendly and put her mind at rest straight away. They fixed the issue and were on their way, leaving my mum a very happy customer. Highly recommend.

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!! First of all we were quoted for a new boiler for one of our rental properties, this included Freezing of the main incoming water pipe to install a stop valve that couldn’t be located. It was then found during the works so we asked for the quote to be amended removing the freezing of the line and additional valve and associated costs! At first we spoke to a lady at the company who said yes we will sort this for you and after a few days of not hearing anything we called back to be told by an Engineer that this was never a chargeable item in the quote despite it being present on the quote (presumably to give the quote body) and that no money would be refunded. The second issue we had is in another property where we have elderly people residing, Causeway Heating install a boiler and the drain off valve was passing to the point where the system lost all its water pressure, an engineer was called out he tighten the valve and it has once again lost its pressure. After speaking to a lady in the office she basically said it was our fault that it was leaking and that we over filled the system. The system was filled by us to just over 1.5 BAR so there was once again available hot water. Had we overfilled the system which we didn’t the pressure relief valve would have dumped in the event of high pressure when the boiler fired up, the same lady I spoke to was having none of it. She was basically calling us liars and blaming us for the leak she then went on to say this would normally be a chargeable callout as we had caused the leak. Flabbergasted! We have just spent 2.5K on this particular boiler and she is blaming us for their newly installed system leaking….. Real world things fail, valves pass and pipes leak, it’s how it’s dealt with that matters and I felt that we were charged for parts and work we didn’t need furthermore spoken to in a very unprofessional, disrespectful and patronising manor.

Fantastic! My boiler decided to break when I was about to host a large family gathering! Someone had come around within 2 hours and had it back up and running! Thanks so much, you saved a lot of explaining to my guests! Would definitely recommend, thanks everyone!
