Had the misfortune of the seller using these solicitors when we bought a house. We had no chain, seller had no chain, house was empty. Seller wanted a quick sale, as did we. It took 4 and a half months! We were warned that they had a rep for being slow, but we nearly lost our mortgage offer, and their client nearly lost their sale!

Very expensive & i concluded my divorce over 10 minute of texts without intervention from the solicitor after wasting £6k with them. Go elsewhere if i was you.
