I have to say, I have always found Catshill Dental Practice to be a hostile and unwelcoming place. The reception staff are unfriendly, and sometimes downright rude; it's such a shame. I have also been stood at the desk waiting patiently to speak with one of the receptionists, only to be totally ignored. I would love to have given this a more positive review, but I'm afraid I don't feel I can justify it. Thank you for taking the time to listen, and I hope reception staff are supported by their management team so that they are able to develop their professional and personal skills for future patients.
I believe it was Minal I seen. Lovely lady and put me so much at ease after a one time bad experience from the past. Also a lovely dental nurse blonde lady sorry I didnt know your name. Have been coming here for years. Will never change my dentist. Excellent practice. Superb hygienist too.
I have been treated as a NHS patient at this dentist since the mid 1980s.nVery recently I had painful toothache, contacted them and was seen within a couple of days. I was given a prescription to alleviate the pain pending further treatment. After 3 days I still was having problems so I contacted the dentist again and that same day was seen and 2 further prescriptions prescribed.nA week later I had 2 extractions. The service from Minal and the staff was excellent. Thankyou.
Myself and my children have been going to Catshill Dental Practice for over twenty years and have always been made to feel welcome by the reception team, especially Karen who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Recently my elderly mum who is incredibly anxious regarding dental treatment was put at ease by Karen’s warm and empathetic nature. The treatment that we as a family have received by the dentists has also been great & everything explained thoroughly.
