Lady came out to see us and chat regarding their no visit policy and cat chat nice lady. Signage says come in and see us so disappointing visit , didn't reflect the invitation to come in and see them.

It was a kind and friendly place and so helpful . They tell you what kittens and cats they have let you have a look around and the staff are so friendly. It is not a big place but they have a second site and if you want to go there they will book you in for a visit .
