Heather took amazing care of our two very anxious and sensitive cats whilst we were away recently. They got on so much better than they ever have in a cattery before. The cattery itself is spacious and each cat gets time out of their room to explore and play each day. Heather updated us regularly how they were getting on.
Heather is a lovely person and the care and attention she shows our Lillie is wonderful. The Deverills Cattery is the only place we have booked our cat with and have never looked back. Heather comes very highly recommend by us.
Coco is a princess and for her to give Heather her approval is high praise indeed! Heather really gets to know your cat and has a genuine care and concern for their welfare and contentment. Our minds are at rest every time we leave Coco with her. The best Cattery in the area. Highly recommended.
We used Deverills cattery for the first time last night and the owner Heather goes above and beyond to make owners feel at ease leaving their fur-babies.nOur cat was only a kitten and there was some issues that arose, but Heather sorted everything for us, reassured us and made it clear our pets welfare was the top priority. We wouldn't send our cat anywhere else. Absolutely lovely cattery.
Heather helped me out when I was let down by my usual sitter at the literal last minute. I have never put the girls into a cattery and was quite stressed about that as well as everything else going on. Heather put me at my ease, she sent me updates and pictures of the girls answered all my annoying texts and was utterly utterly brilliant.Im so happy I found this cattery, I will use in future and will be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.
