We were delighted with the service from Cathedral City. We were on a tight schedule and lacked local knowledge. Nicola took us round one property twice in three days, and was generous with her time, and straightforward and helpful. 
We dealt mainly with Nicola, but other staff members were prompt and equally helpful in keeping us up to speed in Nicola’s absence, and in providing good advice e.g. on local solicitors and cleaners.
When we moved in, Cathedral City gave us flowers and a card - a thoughtful touch.

I have sold a property and subsequently bought another property with Cathedral City Estates in the last 18 months. I would say that i have found the team to be very professional and helpful. They have an excellent location on the high street in Dunblane to promote your property. I found their schedules to be of very high standards and their knowledge of the local area is second to none.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them should you be buying, selling or renting.
