I have used CaterQuip for my equipment supplier, equipment repairs and general repairs for over 15 years. They are highly professional and helpful and always go the extra mile for me and are very reasonably priced. The engineers are very knowledgeable and highly skilled. There is only one company I will use and that is CaterQuip.
You have to be joking. I bought a glass wash machine off them app 13 month ago. There was a problem with it so I called them. They said someone would call in and have a look. After a week I called back and they said it had been overlooked. An engineer traveled app 5 miles, spent 15 mins here and diagnosed the pump. Got a call next day with a quote of nearly £400 to fit the new pump. I purchased the pump from the makers for £80 and fitted it myself in 30 minutes. Just received a bill for the call out for £103.80. You have to be Joking. Not a good way to get repeat custom or recommendations.
Susan in the office is always so helpful and cheerful and ready to help. Engineers try to resolve issues in our school quickly and efficiency
