We are great fans of Catch but ordering from their website proved a step too far for them. We arrived when asked to, only to be told that they did not have our order...even though it was bought and paid for. Sorry Catch, I'll wait until you reopen properly and use another chip shop up the road.
I collected a gluten free fish supper from the Giffnock shop. When I got home I was disappointed with the quality of the fish and whilst I wouldn’t normally complain, I phoned the shop to let them know. Within 15 minutes one of the senior staff manager? personally delivered a replacement meal. Off the scale customer service.
I don't know about chips, not tried them, but they do a mean fried fish. With this lockdown I tried this and that, scratched my head searched for a good batter recipe, but it's just not the same. Last time I gorged on two big portions of cod like there's no tomorrow. Keep them coming...
Service excellent very safe and organised. Food was also wonderful.
Excellent fish and chips. Also gluten free fish and chips for my friend. Came with lemon and tartar sauce to carry out. Both meals were first class. I can recommend.
Don't know why only 1star showed on my last review definitely a 5 star. Good food. Good service.
Everything was nice. Ordered Mac'n'cheese bites, tempura prawns and two fish and chips. Fish was soft and flaky and really enjoyed starters. Staff were very friendly, clean atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
