I’ve been sent tonThis home a few times following 999 calls, the staff are always attentive and knowledgeable about their residents. You see they care gratefully each resident they look after. Their interaction when we call is amazing, ensuring we have all information ready, and preparations made to ensure the patient is comfortable, in addition offering any assistance they can to us. I think it was Marisa I spoke to nursing staff on duty she remembered me from previous calls and updated me on the wellness of a previous patient we were called to, it was nice to be remembered and update on recovery ambulance EAC crew - Pody McCullagh
Good place for people needing temporary or long term care. Special interest in learning disabilities. Worth a visitif you have family member needing respite care
