Delivery took 1 hour 20 minutes for 1 meal. When I called to chase up the order they couldn't have cared less.  So, when the fold did turn up I thought maybe it would be worth the wait. WRONG. Fish was burnt and the chips were raw. Sauce that I paid for was out of date.  Easily the worst fish and chips I've ever had and would never reorder.

We called in here on our way home for a cheeky kebab. All the food was really good, generous portions and fresh cooked. The photo is of the 'jungle meat' kebab which was  pulled pork, chicken tikka, doner meat and chippy chips all on a fresh naan bread.Food: 5/5

I booked a taxi with my little sister and we had 1.5 minutes to get in the taxi he served up a chicken donner with chips and salad for extra. Genuinely the best kebab I’ve had in my career - quality. Friendly, top lads and great meat. Ring me if you’re unsure

Not good! Ordered a large haddock, large chips and an all steak pie. The haddock was small, cold, dry and really really greasy. It certainly wasn't a large portion of chips and they were cold. The pie tasted like any other pukka pie which was to be expected but that too was cold. Very disappointing. Certainly won't be going back.Food: 1/5

Aggressive, uncaring staff and vile food, it would be 0 stars if I could…  After around 2yrs and £00’s of custom to this takeaway, late orders up to 2hrs sometimes declining quality and standards making me ill on more than one occasion…I have finally ordered my last one last week.  They got my order wrong this may have been an issue with the FoodHub app? ruining a £40 order.  I called to explain and was told I could have a replacement, I offered to collect to save delivery and went back out to fetch it.  When I arrived they tried to charge me for a replacement, argued about me not in English and then told me I had got my own order wrong and refused to replace my item unless I paid.  FoodHub were useless in their handling of this matter too so they are binned too.  This place has declined over just a couple of short years, seems to have been handed over to someone who doesn’t care about the customers, just turning out greasy, nasty food, hours late and met with hostility and rudeness.  People are so short of cash these days and takeaways are becoming a luxury, I recommend you treat yourself to something of quality and give your money to those who care about their customers.

Disgusting food , paid £21 for them to replace kulfi with fries which didn't even cover the price of it. Fries oily and soggy. Paklava is a warm desert , they didn't even have the common decency to defrost it.

How many times have we had the same issues with them now? Really late delivery, rude and uninterested customer service, and mistakes with orders. Over and over again it's the same problems.  The food is good but it's completely outweighed by the way they treat their customers.

We ordered food at 1850h to be delivered, delivery time was estimated for 30 minute. We live a 5 minute drive away by 2002h our food still hadn't arrived, there were a few phonecalls made, person who answered the phone was VERY rude. The food arrived at 2033h and was lukewarm at best. Very disappointed and will NOT be ordering food from there again.

‼Edit: ***“DO NOT DO DELIVERY, YOU WILL BE WAITING HOURS & LEFT HUNGRY”***‼  MY FAMILY AND I HAD TO CANCEL AS WE WERE LEFT HUNGRY AND AFTER ALMOST 2HOURS OF WAIT OUR HOPE FOR OUR FOOD TO BE DELIVERED WAS AT ZERO!  ‼***“DO NOT DO DELIVERY WITH THIS PLACE”***‼  ‼“WASTE OF MINE AND MY FAMILYS TIME”‼ ‼“NOW WAITING FOR OUR REFUND”‼probably wait years for that too  DISAPPOINTED! TIME KEPT GOING UP AND TAKING WAY LONGER THEN ANY DELIVERY MEAL SHOULD EVER TAKE!  NOT THE PROPER I WAS EXPECTING   New Zealander visiting i was told that this place was a go to for fish n chips I was told that it’s “proper” however going off of recent reviews I’m not hopeful that I’ll be receiving my meals in a timely manner. We’ve been waiting over an hour now. Very disappointing! I’m hopeful that the wait will be worth it!

Our TREAT takeaway! Abit more money than we  usually spend but ALWAYS look forward to out takeaways!  Everything's always so nice and great portions.  You pay for what you get
