We're lucky to have such a great vets close by. Kate, Emma and the team have been looking after our spaniel Islay for a year now. Her condition is complicated and diagnosis wasn't straightforward but they've made the whole process as painless as possible via direct settlement with the insurer and discussing treatment with us at every turn to ensure best outcomes. Their network of specialists to call upon (including the legendary Fitzpatrick Referrals) has given us every confidence that we're doing the best by Islay. If you haven't got your dog insured, do it immediately!
