Amazing sales in the run-up to Christmas. Bought poinsettias for my mother, and for the first week of purchase they still look the exact same! Great range of goods to buy, and amazing deals! Also, such friendly staff!

Today Saturday 2nd October l was shopping in Tesco , Ballymoney, & l was totally laden down with shopping ! There were 2 items l couldn't find & l asked a guy if he could point me in the right direction ! His name was Jonny & he works in the warehouse ! He so willing took my basket & got me both items & carried my full basket right to the checkout ! He was so wonderfully kind & l want to thank him so much ! I was in store today and trying to sort my vouchers and the check out person put me under a lot of pressure to get them sorted on my phone. I ended up having to pay for my groceries and didn’t get using my money off vouchers. I will not shop here again.
Morning all. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Tescos in Ballymoney they have just delivered 3 hampers to us. They have really chered up people who will be spending Christmas alone. I wish you and everyone who reads this a happt new Year.
I love my shopping day as Tescos is we're I'm headed for kids love the gaming Isle well boys do little granddaughters love the clothes to see what's new in the clothes I just like to brouse in the Isles see if there are any bargains I always have a great experience the staff are so polite x try to help you as much as they can love shopping at our Tescos in Ballymoney
Hardly any selection. Most of the stuff was out of stock. Fruit and vegetables where bad quality and out of date the next day or that day.Today I tried to get oranges and Avocados but couldn’t as had mould growing on them. Bananas where mostly green. Grapes were tiny and looked dirty and unappealing. Also a lot of understocked shelves. Shop was messy with big trolley grates left in the middle of aisles with empty boxes in them. Prices of some things was ridiculous. Would love to know how certain items I usually buy where up £0.75 plus from their original price. You don’t know what your paying as seems to change regularly. Certainly not be back again which is a shame as live near by but rather go the extra miles to asda. I haven’t wrote a review for a supermarket before but every time we have came here its constantly been the same and have to go elsewhere to get most of our main shopping. AVOID
Offers great value. Staff very friendly. Good quality groceries. Store has been updated took a while to find where items were. Like new layout.
Very poor choice. Never a good selection of muller yoghurts. Dates on fresh produce usually same or next day. Prices are increasing - spar is almost same price and sometimes better with good selection.
I don't know who the store manager in the ballymoney branch of Tesco is but i think he/she should make a career change! So often im in this store and the shelves are empty , particularly in the meat section! It's like armageddon at times, it's so bad looking! It's the only major supermarket i ever see in this state ! I also find the range of products quite poor compared to other stores & offers advertised on apps like "mysupermarket" are very often not actually taking place in store! I never have any of these issues in Sainsbury's or Asda, only in this branch of Tesco. It's so unprofessional looking & looks to me like a poorly managed store.
