David is such a pleasant and the best dentist all around for my, usually worried, little boy. He is always so excited to go whenever he gets check ups. His professionalism and calmness is second to none. My son always asks me when is he getting his teeth looked at next lol excellent, especially with kids. Highly recommended.
Fantastic dentist, very friendly staff, nothing to small or big, they can deal with it all. Made me feel very calm as I'm usually scared of the dentist but they were extremely patient and kind and made me feel assured. All the work I've had done has been exellent, I recommend 100% the staff are very knowledable and fair. Thank you for being patient with me and making me proud of my smile again.
5* service for the dentists who are brilliant. Nothing is ever to much trouble, they are very nice, polite and efficient. Only issue with this dentist is the lady on reception with brown hair. I found her to be quite loud when discussing my business and quite abrupt when asking certain questions. I have never had a problem with any of the other receptionists there but this lady is not the nicest of people in my opinion. Only reason I haven’t given less stars is because the dentists are fantastic and don’t deserve less stars because the one receptionist is letting the practice down.
I am not with this practice but after reading the reviews left by others, I may just change from the Bupa Dentist I am with in commercial street as my dentist made me an appointment to then ring me early the day before my appointment date to ask me if I could come in a bit earlier. Then on the day of my appointment I am told no dentist people are in as they're off sick. Not happy at all so I could well be joining this practice after reading these good reviews.
Top dental surgery with lovely friendly dentist and staff. I always feel comfortable here and they are very professional. They also make an effort to give appointments at short notice. It's never a problem for them. Very helpful. Lots of people are nervous of dental work but going here is actually a pleasure.
Have used Castle Street dentists for a number and have nothing but good to say about them. My wife lost a filling today and even though she is not in any pain, it is a bit uncomfortable where the hole is. Called Castle Street expecting to be told, sorry but no if you're not in pain and they were really helpful. She's got an appointment within a very reasonable time. Thank you Castle Street dentist. You've come up trumps again.
Excellent practice, cannot fault them one bit. Staff are great and even though I went twice in one week - my peace of mind, nothing they'd done - they were reassuring, friendly and ultimate professionals

I've been with this practise for over 2 years and all I can say is that they are great.
An excellent dentist surgery, highly recommended with friendly staff. Personally I wouldn't use anybody else.
