Very very bad after sales service I would not recommend using this place to buy shoes. My wife purchased a pair of shoes saying that they were good for the winter wet weather and when my son whose 3 years old wore it and walked a few minutes in the rain got his entire foot soaked and wet. I went to ask for a refund or replacement or a voucher for a new buy but the owner bluntly said no and she would not entertain any kind of reimbursement of any kind. They by far have the worst customer service. I have shopped around the world and every one from small business to large ones try their very best to help the client. But in this case they would rather not. The shoes were 40 pounds worthless I must say. So I left the shoes at the shop as charity and accepted my loss.
We visited today to have our daughter measured for her first shoes - what a wonderful friendly experience. The women were clearly very knowledgable and they were brilliant with our daughter, who was smiling in her first shoes in no time! Thank you so much for such fantastic service
First time we have used this shop to buy children's shoes. The two ladies in the shop were patient and listened to what we needed. The lady fitting was gentle daughter had a cut on her big toe which was very sore and found just the right shoes. I would thoroughly recommend visiting this shop.
Wonderful Ladies very funny & very helpful. I visited with my Mum, Sister & Son & we left with 5 pairs of shoes between us !! As well as a stitch from laughing so much. A wonderful Saturday Morning shopping experience. I'd highly recommend. Well Done Ladies !!
Love this little shop. Like Olivanders wand shop but for shoes! So much nicer than trekking to Norwich or Ipswich!
Just had a deeply unpleasant experience here where I've shopped many times before. Tried to adhere to social distancing to avoid the owner, whereupon her colleague told me off and was incredibly curt, accusing me of being rude and throwing me out of the shop, with the parting comment "she'd had enough today". She yanked a shoe of my daughter's foot upsetting her. All completely unnecessary, and abusive to me because I tried to explain myself. Needless to say I will not be going back. Very very rude lady who clearly doesn't appreciate local custom. Have always wanted to support local shops, but definitely won't be recommending or supporting this one.
Good service, good range I used to hate shopping for shoes because my feet are wide but now I love it. There is a huge range and Donna and Karen never mind how many pairs of shoes they bring out for you to try. Good quality shoes - some made in Norwich! Equally good for school shoes and trainers. The picture shows the range of shoes, boots and sandals I have bought myself there.
Brilliant shoe shop. We travel all the way out from kesgrave as it's the only place that does startrite shoes for our twins. Not. only do they always have a good selection, but the staff are amazing and helpful. Always feel welcome and their shoe advice is always honest and helpful. We will be back soon when the kids feet grow again.
Fantastic shop - always really helpful and patient with my many charges! Highly recommended.
Lovely people, good quality shoes, reasonable prices. Why buy from your local independent shops? I've just given you 3 good reasons so get on with it!
