I couldn't spot parent and child spaces, not sure if they just don't have them or they were used up.nParking was absolutely eye wateringly extortionate.nEverything else fine, nice to see it was clean and had security guards about.

A small car park with tight turns and spaces.  Don’t try bringing in an SUV!  But very well priced and good location for centre of Norwich.

So the customer service was lovely, exceptional actually. The car park is indeed clean and well maintained. However the parking spaces and ramps between floors are terrible. I'm a standard size 18 woman of 5ft 7, I couldn't get out of my car at all.nnI tried to go up a level to find a wider space or double space, agreeably I have a larger car for a very large family, I didn't hit the front, I gauged the passenger door on a low level wall on the turn to the up ramp. Now I pride myself on taking things slowly, and negotiating my way around tight spaces...this was like trying to fit a square peg in to a round hole.nnI should have read the reviews here first. Accurately to say, if you drive anything larger than a hatchback, don't even try this parking structure.nnWorst of all, I had to approach the ticket barrier and identify to the very kind gentleman manning it and say I'd not been able to pay for my ticket because I was too big to get out of my car.  He was very sensitive and very sweet.

Very narrow, risked my car driving up and down the narrow ramps and couldn't find a space when I visited. Avoid if possible

Went on a bank holiday after 1:30, about 6 cars queue to get in . Agree with others that spaces are indeed rather small, like if there are few big cars parked there already the remaining space is likely to be very tight. That was our case. Not to mention the tight turns. But currently Vue gives you 2 hours it's done via the food counter, so that kind of made that worth for us.
