I bought a 1200 bandit off them with a new mot, have not ridden it since it was delivered but found the exhaust was ‘sealed’ with exhaust paste and was blowing. They offered me a 2nd hand silencer but refused to post it, expecting me to waste time and fuel to collect it, 100 mile round trip. Also told it was out of warranty which it isn’t. Vosa will be informed about the dodgy mot. Buyer beware.
Recently purchased a Harley Sport Glide from Castle Motorcycles. Lovely bike and well happy with it. Such a wide range in bikes in their showroom in A1 condition and at fair prices. All the staff there are very good, keep you well informed with good communication throughout the process. After a month I had a fork seal go on the bike which can happen and no way of telling if they will go, but Jonathan and the team had it in and sorted in 2 working days. That's really good service in my book. Will definitely use these guys again, spot on

I bought a Triumph speed triple 1050RS from them absolutely brilliant to deal with had a slight problem and Shane sorted it for us straight away, Jonathan is a great chap to talk in fact I would say as a whole that they are a smashing set of people.I would have given them 10 but it doesn't go that high.

Phoned last week about a bike id seen and the guy was very helpfull called in the day after and nothing was to much trouble for them.Well i picked up my blade today.Excellent freindly staff even the tech came out to see me and it was a rather busy day would recomend to anyone. I bought a Honda CBR600F in lovely condition and at a price I was happy to pay. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable and never kept me hanging around waiting. Telephone calls were answered quickly and any questions that I had were answered. Great service and lots of bikes which are all in to condition. I would definitely visit Castle Motorcycles again if I am looking for a change of bike. Well worth the 60+ miles trip

Bought this time warp Honda moped unseen not disappointed great buy. Went to see it yesterday 2nd March treated me so well as if I had bought a new Gold Wing!! Nice people to deal with.
So , saw bike on auto trader , viewed on Saturday morning absolutely loved it. part exchanged my bike and 6 days later I ride my fab new bike. The staff I met were fantastic and a credit to castle motorcycles, in no particular order, Carl answered all my questions regarding bike friendly chap, I think guy with bald head and beard was mechanic who was spot on and always smiling and finally Michelle , absolutely lovely lady who with no fuss and no issue sorted all the paperwork out in an efficient manner. I cannot fault this place , they have an unbelievable amount of bikes and I even got a coffee ! All in all extremely happy with the service I received and I would certainly use again for services or my next bike in a few years . Well done guys , keep doing what you’re doing .
