Decent sized pub. Went their as a extended family, menu was very very limited. Pub did not receive food delivery so could not order all food from an already limited menu. Service was slow. When food was delivered it was well presented. Meals were decent size and ok to eat. Overall ok but it is just a place to eat a quick pub meal and nothing else. Staff were very friendly

This is a local restaurant for us so we thought we would try it, the staff are very well mannered, however it's very hard to actually get them to the table, when we were present the restaurant wasn't busy but we still had to go to the bar to ask if we could place an order, the menu is very limited and is basic foods, however that reflects in the price, for a main meal it's £6.95, I ordered the liver and onions, the liver was cooked to perfection however it was let down by the rest of the dish, the mash tasted like it'd been reheated, it was very dry and tasteless, the onion gravy was lacking onions and taste, the two people I was with were a bit disappointed also as there food wasn't great either, to receive our food we waited 45 minutes, all in all I personally wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a nice meal out.

Absolutely lovely afternoon . Couldn't fault Christmas meal, 'young & old ' well catered for.Staff & service excellent! ! Highly recommend. Well done Jude & Steve & fab staff!!! xxxx

Lovely little place. .food was excellent. .we had a Sunday dinner, all the veg tasted gorgeous. .and a huge selection of meats...service was excellent seeing there were 8 of us ..definitely going back.
