As a new arrival to Monmouth it was difficult to know who to register with. We took a chance and have been very impressed with with the attitude of the team. Like all NHS services it is under pressure but a great improvement on our previous practice in a town in England.

The receptionist has a disgusting attitude and is very bad at their job either get some training and drop the attitude or get a new receptionist quick.

Fantastic, with such a caring group of staff and Doctors. I must commend Dr Knowles, he is so approachable, polite and friendly. With the huge amount of pressure within the NHS services and specifically GP’s, the efforts put in by the people here is outstanding! I have had Dr Knowles himself call me well outside of normal surgery hours to follow up and check on my progress. Thank you
