I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Castle Flowers for my Mother's 80th Birthday and they were delivered early as requested. Castle flowers followed all safe working practices over this lockdown period with keeping social distancing on delivery. The flowers were truly amazing and I cannot thank Patricia enough for doing such a fantastic job. My Mother really enjoyed the flowers and they brightened up her day. What can I say....I can not give pat enough praise! Pat done our wedding flowers and what an outstanding job she done, our flowers were beautiful to say the least!! Great customer service from start to finish, some laughs inbetween but most of all great advice and guidance with great experience. Ordered flowers at 12pm on Tuesday due to a sudden family bereavement and they were delivered within a few hours to my grans house . Can’t fault the service or the quality of the flowers . My wife has been ordering flowers from Castle Flowers for around 17 years now and she has always been very happy with the friendly,  professional service which owner Pat always provides. Flowers are always fresh and the bouquets/floral arrangements are very well presented with lots of care and attention to detail. Excellent all round service. Would highly recommend Castle Flowers to anyone.

2 bunches of flowers arrived yesterday for my wife and daughter. Sent a photo of them to my sister who ordered them from Glasgow who says not only does pats flowers look fantastic she's also great craic on the phone which sends  her into hysterical fits of laughter.  Well done pat.

I can not thank Castle florist enough for going above and beyond to get some balloons to my 95 year old Granda on this birthday. As I can not be with him on his birthday, first time in years, or celebrate his wonderful life in this situation, Castle florist have been wonderful. Thank you so much.

I used Castle Flowers for my wedding. The flowers we absolutely beautiful and the staff and service was first class! Cannot rate Pat and her team high enough. Pat is so helpful and took a lot of the stress away from flower picking. She just knew what I wanted and what would look good. Boy was she right! Thanks again Pat!

Appalling customer service.  Booked delivery online to my sister in Islandmagee.  Nowhere did it state that they only delivered to Carrickfergus. Paid for itand the £6 delivery .  Then received email later in day to say that they don't deliver there and would refund the money.  Rang up following day and was told 'you couldn't get a taxi to Islandmagee for £6'.  Like how's that relevant?!  Suggested that they put a note on their website to avoid confusion, only to be hung up on.  Class act Not!
