Absolutely fantastic service from Tom at Bounce Empire. Ordered the black and green slide for my daughters birthday and it was hit. Best decision - it made the party! Will definitely be using the company again!
Great company! Great price! I needed a bouncy castle delivering and collecting at specific times, these guys were very prompt!! Lovely people too, would 100% recommend and will be using for any future events or parties!
Used bounce empire for my twins birthday.. gotnthe bouncy castle and slide package... great price and tom and hos lads where more than good!! Very happy with our bouncy castle today for our son's birthday party. The weather wasn't great but the children loved it and this company were very professional to deal with.
After being let down by another company 20 minutes before the party was supposed to start, I contacted TK Events/Inflatables and within 45 minutes we had an inflatable with us! This made our daughters birthday and the children were so happy! Thank you so much for going above and beyond, the quality of the inflatable is brilliant and the service is amazing! Will definitely be recommending
Never use anyone else great castles and slide always clean and well secured I have used this company many times now and the personal touch they offer and times to suit is by far above and beyond any other company I've come across, keep up the excellent work guys and thanks so much you put alot of smiles on alot of faces
After being let down very very last minute from another company I contacted TK and even though it was 1pm on a Sunday they arrived at the venue in 20mins with two castles for my daughter and 32 other impatient kids. Amazing service will 100% use them again in the future!!
A pleasant and simple process from start to finish. The communication was excellent, the bouncy castle was delivered promptly and was set up in my garden completely hassle free. I cannot recommend TK inflatables enough and will be re-booking soon.
Excellent Service! At the last minute the council said we could not just rent the castle - but a professional had to stay at the event the entire time - This team made it happen though they were fully booked. They were also patient and on time ..cheaper than all the other providers in my research as well… no complicated forms for booking! They did it all on the phone! excellent service! Thank you!
