Hi I play at castle bingo in Barnes Hill tonight I was served by a young lady called Emma she was so friendly and polite to me I don't play here very often because I live in West Bromwich so this was my first time in a long time I will come here again to play it is a nice bingo club to play at thank you so much for making me feel well come Barnes Hill
Friendly environment decent prize money and fair prices food could be better if I was to pick a fault always have a genuine smile and friendly welcome for all members new and old
The food could do with updating don’t do a great deal for vegetarians . There’s a joist Croydon at the back by smoking area that are constantly making so much loose dispite the staff continually telling them to keep the noise down they ignore them they should be banned as I’m getting to the point where I’m going to stop going . And also a couple of the staff need to be a bit more respectful of people playing bingo also as they are just as bad as the noisy crowd

Lovely staff, in all all departments Will and Ryan are very understanding and lovely and so is Brendan who I've seen on diner and coffee bar. Sadly not all staff Laura or Lauren is very rude and not helpful at all and is always miserable. Good prices and great food with good offers. Will keep visiting
Great place. New to the club, been made to feel welcome. Staff are excellent, beer is extremely cheap, food is excellent, staff are nice too and lastly the bingo prizes for the club are good. Definitely my new regular now
I attended for the first time on Sunday evening, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I played old-school paper bingo and really enjoyed it.The female caller was friendly and great! I enjoyed my food and drinks, and the service was fantastic. I am satisfied with the prize money considering I only paid £20 for my ticket. I am looking forward to the next visit.
What an amazing night at this place. Staff were so nice. From the monent we arrived till the moment we left we were welcomed and everything so so nice. Place so clean and tidy. Customers so nice and friendly. Prices fairly good. Would definitely go there again. Security so friendly and so polite You guys should be an example to hospitality Industry ! 100% worth a visit. Credit to the owners!
