Super accessible, great views! Its an incredible piece of history on the coast, and very close to the city centre. Lots of spots to sit and enjoy the view and weather, and appreciate the ruins.
Absolutely beautiful castle ruins with views of both the North and South beaches of Aberystwyth. Mosaic art below the castle tells you of its history, and many memories were made here during my student years.nnCan't forget getting rat faced with the flatmates in my first year, and eating a kebab with them on the grass, at these ruins, in the middle of the night-- good times :nnSide note: no, the castle isn't purple. I got a little experimental with my editing that day
Aberystwyth Castle is easily accessible from on street parking. Walkways are paved. The ruins allow you to imagine what might have been. The views of the Irish Sea, beach, and bluffs are wonderful. Coffee at Coffee Hut was good.
Fantastic piece of Welsh history, located just outside of the town centre. Beautiful views of the city and coast.
Beautiful castle ruins. Easily accessible. No tickets needed. Free ro walk around. 1 minute walk from town and the surrounding sea views are INCREDIBLE ! definatley worth a visit!
