Every time we visit west Sussex we try to get to Cassons. The most delicious Iberian pork ever...All four of us really enjoyed our meal. Top marks.
Cassons is a small family run restaurant where food and good service go hand in hand. There is no doubt that the proprietors are true foodies and their selection of supporting wines is also excellent. Format is comfortable and quite formal.
Great resturant. Expensive but worth it for a good birthday celebration or similar.

Inside the quirky and interesting old building you'll find friendly and professional staff, cosy atmosphere and very tasty food. All in all a lovely evening.
In town visiting from NYC and had a fantastic meal at Cassons. Each dish was creatively inspired, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The staff was helpful, laid back and unpretentious. What a treat!!! Thank you!
A truly fabulous place. I cannot recommend Cassons more highly. The food is sublime with a fabulous wine list and friendly service. We have been a number of times and the experience is consistently brilliant every time.
