Ordered today... californian as normal and decided to try something new as well so also ordered a tandoori chicken pizza and added olives as an extra ! The californians topping were half off a few slices as box had been crushed...but tasted good ! The tandoori however tasted like a californian minus the cream the chicken seemed to be exactly the same on both and tasted the same too....other than that was quick delivery and tasted good !
Usually half decent pizzas however today the pizza tasted like bleach. I threw most of it away. The kids behind the counter had some cleaning spray near the pizza. Ordered around 10pm so I assume they were cleaning up however I noticed they didn't wash their hands after touching the spray bottle of cleaning product. Probably why my pizza tasted of bleach. Let's see how I feel later on.
Disgusted in the managers attitude! I ordered 2 margarita pizzas and received 1 cheese and 1 ham and pineapple, on ringing them to ask for the correct pizza to be delivered, I was accused of lying numerous times, refused to deliver the pizza and was so rude, we were regulars but we won’t order from them again.
Excellent pizza. Everything getting more expensive this place still very well priced. Great customer service
Awful. Called restaurant when didn't receive my order. Man was very, very rude to me and told me my number was wrong and the driver did not get an answer. Nobody came to my house but the man's attitude on the phone was horrendous. Still have not received my order of over £35 despite waiting for over one hour!
I ordered a chicken BBQ pizza with jalapeños. It's the worst one I've had. I doubted if there was any chicken on it, but think I found 1 piece on my large pizza - a tiny bit, tough and dried up, like the tandoori kebab type. There was some rubbery pepperoni on it it too. Texture very odd. Supposedly a thin pizza. See how I could tear each piece down its middle and the little flakes of whatever it was in each piece under the top layer of the pizza, giving a horrible texture. Not tasty at all. Ground chicken maybe? God knows. I left most of it. Also, when collecting, they apparently can only accept cash - in the year 2021!..and with contactless now the norm due to covid... no receipt given....say no more....
Delicious pizza's and customer service is very good. Just keep ordering from them and also very fast delivery aswel.
Best pizza in Worcester been using them for over 10 years and not found anywhere better, always hot and delivered quickly
I ordered food today. Was very disappointed. The manager is very rude and not helpful at all. Food quality was really bad and had missing items. Will never order from here again.
Very Poor customer service, Was accused of lying when giving a complaint. Dips are always left out. Delivery was late and food quality was poor. Will never order from here again after this experience
