I’m not impressed, ordered me and my partners food at 9:30 was meant to arrive at 10:25 or 10:40 by that time still didn’t show up so tryed phoning but got caller is busy every time we phoned. It got to about 11:25 still no delivery so we walk to carpians and got a phone call saying it been delivered. Once we receive it it was cold and was not a fan. We asked for no chilli sauce and there was a little bit of chilli sauce at one side of our order and clumps of what was meant to be cheese but did not taste like cheese!!!!! Defo not happy with caspian’s really not
Plus: Pakora is not covered into nasty red colour. Staff was nice. Minus : curry doesn't taste like curry. I never throw away this kind of dish but what they sold me was barely edible. I seen how they prepared prawns for curry dish and I rather left to not to witness it we were incredibly hungry. Peshwari naan was dry and tasteless for 4 pounds you can get beautiful and tasty for 3,50 from Kushis Dunfermline. Same for pakora dry. I'd say ppl who complain about slow delivery are lucky they haven't seen how their food was prepared. Won't be back.
Absolutely ridiculous order.was more than 30.mins later than told and was freezing cold. Order was not right so phoned and correct order came 90 mins later. Would definitely not recommend x
I am surprised at everyone else reviews. Ordered from here 5 times in the last 6 months and never had an issue, collection is quicker but that's the same anywhere. The food is really nice and the staff are really friendly.

A total sham. I order 2 items and after waiting for over an hour for my delivery, only 1 item arrived! Can not believe they can get such a simple order wrong. 2hrs after my initial order was taken over the phone and having had two incorrect deliveries, I finally get the correct order! Wish I hadn't as it was disgusting dry wrinkled chips and tough meat! I don't normally do bad reviews, tonight I had to make an exception due to such a shambolic service! I won't be going back to order anything again!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. 90 minutes after ordering I called to see where my food was. Was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later my food arrived. Barely warm, and definitely not worth the wait. Will not order again!
I very rarely, if at all give bad reviews but this place deserves it. And it seems there are plenty of customers out there too which haven't had their food delivered. Wife ordered food over the phone, was called 10 mins later saying it would be 30 mins. Waited, waited, and hour after the initial order got a phone call saying they cant deliver 3.5 miles down the road and by that time everywhere else was closed. No apology either! Literally havnt come across scumbags like this before. First negative review ever.
Food is good, but service is poor. Put an order in online an hour later it hadn't arrived so I phoned them up and they told me it would be another 15-20 minutes. Absolutely dreadful. Hopefully dive head first off the tin bridge.
Made order at 18.58 its now 20.54 still no delivery even after call 40 mins ago. Got apology saying it will be there in 20 mins and offer of free bottle of coke. We had friends over for meal so Embarrassing.
