I visited one evening in July 2023. It was not a particularly warm day, yet the casino inside was very warm and quite uncomfortable, even just sitting down! There did not appear to be any air conditioning as there were lots of large, portable industrial fans scattered around. The food was very good value for money and the turnaround was very fast. The quality is similar to what you'd get from a chain like Wetherspoons or a Greene King pub, satisfactory. All of the staff I encountered gave good service, some of the bar staff were excellent, especially considering the temperature! The venue was clean and tidy, plenty of shiny new machines to play on and "real" roulette and blackjack tables.
No huge problems. Wasn’t expecting a security guard to pounce as soon as I went for a cigarette asking to look through my tiny bag! Apparently I should have left it at reception although I’ve been in many times before with it without incident!
Absolutely shambolic night. No staff were working, so they couldn't open any tables. Then, they only had trainees there trying to cope with blackjack games that they didn't know how to play. This slowed everything down to a standstill. We had to leave the tables because it was so bad. Then, the pit bosses just kept chatting on and on with the dealers while we were trying to play. They wouldn't stop talking about their personal lives and nights out, which was really frustrating when we were trying to concentrate and play. We will never go back there again.
Had a meal at the casino very nice. Disappointed with the casino itself. It used to be a great night out. I think they have lost interest in the casino side of things. Only 3 roulette tables open and hardly anyone at them.apart from the minimum £1 bet table. Lots of slot machines type games though if you like that sort of thing. Lots of people there but not much interest in the roulette or blackjack tables. I can only think its because the minimum bet at most tables was £5 .

Great casino with a fun and lively poker room. The food is great and the drinks aren't overpriced. Can't wait to return!!
Nice setting a small casino in Luton which has may typical casino games such as poker, Blackjack and roulette. The venue also has a nice bar and restaurant. There are other activities such as video screens showing sports, and the venue also has live music on certain days. This is a members club so if your going to visit you will need to sign up to the free membership, so take some ID.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff, it's even better on a Friday and Saturday night
