Fantastic night in this casino. My friends and I had this place recommended to us and it far exceeded our expectations. We have been coming to the Corinthian off and on over the last few years - but this was our first visit since the new casino opened. We were greeted by cheery girls at the door and given a tour of the casino. It is a real hidden gem! The girl (sorry I can't recall her name) then introduced us to our bar tender who made us the most delicious cocktails I have ever tasted!!!! We had a seat in one of the booths next to the bar, and we never had to go looking for another drink as the floor staff regularly asked us if we needed drinks or food.  We tried our luck at the tables and even managed to win £40 at the roulette!! More yummy cocktails :) - I'll definitely be back!!!!!!!

I am a member at the Cotton Club Casino, and I spend alot of money at this club. I recently had a very poor experience last week where a staff member was extremely rude to me. I was treated with disrepect but watched the same staff member treat others with respect. I asked to speak with a Manager because I felt the behaviour should have been addressed. I spoke with Sonia, which she addressed herself as the shift manager, which she wasn't. (After doing research, I found out the she is a Pit Manager) She apologised for the way I was treated and offered me and my husband a free meal each and drinks the next time I were to visit (which was today May 6, 2017). When I explained to the front desk that Sonia promised me a meal and that it should be on my account, I was addressed by Anthony stating that he viewed the cameras and "audio" (which they don't have) and said that I was NOT treated with disrepect. Not only was I lied to twice, but I was told that I was the liar.. That is fine, I will take my business  elsewhere.

Had a fabulous Xmas night out with the girls. Thanks to Scott and Carol for looking after us so well. Great venue and fantastic customer service

Has an absolutely fabulous time in the  cotton club  such a warm welcome from when we arrived until we left all the staff were friendly and made us feel at ease as I'm not very sure on how the tables work everything was explained in easy terms for me which was greatly appreciated if will definitely be going back in the n3ar future  great place wonderful staff and management
