i have bought a worx drill on the 10/03/17 and it has a faulty charger the charger has been working until the 04/06/2017 no refund given and i have got the sale receipt. so i will never buy any tools from them again the drill cost £31.91 so shoppers beware in what you buy from them . or yea if you buy any fishing reels please check the inside of them has mine was full of rust £9.99 i had only used it once no good any more what a waste of money the only problem we have with cash generator in neath is that they take your money and if things go wrong they say it is your fault knowing that they took your money in the first place for that item they grab your money and run and i went back to them on the 05/06/2017 with all the items in the box that i purchased from cash generator. so please beware

Buyback department are a joke! Absolutely scamming tools who don't give a damn about anyone! Next time I'll take a trip to Cash@Maxx in Swansea, at least they are tidy.

Selling faulty brand new goods and refused a exchange and a full refund until I contacted consumers help line and made them a were that any electrical goods that is brand new and it has a fault the law is that you have up to 6 years of purchase to return it not 6 months like thay say in shop please think long and hard before buying anything from here . Pay the little bit more and go somewhere else
