This shop makes Middleton look bad sell faulty goods when say work fine clearly not anyone turn something says works customer service skills are shocking floor looks not been cleaned for months would rather travel go other one than this nasty place
90% of things you buy are faulty. bought a android box was sold with wrong power supply burned out all my usb sticks and laptop. i wouldnt buy from this store again im sure they dont test stuff. and the people in the store know nothing about items for sale
VERY POOR customer service. I bought a speaker using the Cash Generators website, it took nearly a week to arrive but was faulty when arrived. I emailed the store within 24hours and sent the speaker first class recorded which was signed by the franchise owned the next day. Had no response to email or return of the speaker, or any refund, that was 3 days ago, 10 days since I first purchased it. I have just raised a complaint through paypal to try and get my money back.
Today I visited to buy a television l was served by Karen and what a great ambassador for the company nothing was too much trouble service like this is rare and with a cheery smile.
U wud b better off buying from wish.com this is a shop wer ppl sell there broken and beyond damaged items, it a junk shop no joke dnt waste ur money coz there is no refunds at all just a credit note for more broke s**t !!

THEY RUINED MY £600 WEDDING RING WITH THEIR JEWELLERY CLEANING SERVICE AND REFUSED TO REPAIR IT. AVOID IF POSSIBLE AS THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO AVOID A REFUND.
