This store has basically tricked me & I taken my prized xbox one s from me. They gmhave done this by deciding on the last occasion it was on buyback not bothering yo let me know that the item needed extending or collecting. The guy in store acts all nice face to face... Had fully accepted that I'm disabled & have memory issues due to a stroke/seizure & had previously sent reminders. When I called today when I suddenly remembered that I had forgotten to extend or collect the item due to the fact that the instore guy had apparently decided not to send any reminder on this occasion but had sent them previously.... So i called in & the same guy tries telling me "we don't send reminders"...... Your a liar lad.... You've stolen my item with you disgusting trickery.... & to make matters worse he's all smarmy on tge phone like it's all my fault. Vile attitude, and vile trickery on a disabled customer with reduced memory which he fully knows & fully understood for like 3 months up until he stole my item & tried to blame me. Scumbag, pure lying tricking scumbag. Go elsewhere there's plenty of choice around in this business
I jus wnt to share my exper, The team at cash gen hve been brill in dealing with customers, I can personally vatch for that, There perfect approach has been a treat itself, I jus wnt to mention this 1st of all, Before I proceed further, Ok here goes to, I purchased a Samsung S10light & the team rectified the problem, Bt no luck in exchange they gave me a new phone it would be unfair if I wasn't to mention therenames Scott haden/Aiden Chris & all the rest of staff you guys are doing a tremendous job, Keep up the great work.

Sells stolen goods. We have proof of an eBay listing with the identical IMEI number as on an active police report that was filed BEFORE they listed the item. find my phone tracks the phone there too. They’re refusing to acknowledge it or take any action. Expose these FRAUDS and don’t give them your custom
I recently purchased in store an Xbox One S console 1TB with a wired controller. Upon getting home and setting it up the console resolution was stuck at 480p. After running through all the checks and possible fixes, it turned out that the retimer chip needed replacing. They also provided a controller for the PlayStation 4 so this didn't work as well. I phoned and took the console back and they kindly replaced the controller and console for one that works. The second issue is that they replaced it with the 500GB version of the console instead of the 1TB version I purchased. That's another trip to the store and another day of not having use of the console I purchased.
I have bought a phone from the store DERBY they have charged me full amount but they has sent me a wrong item . they are tried to mislead the customer. they are really aggressive no manner how to talk the lady called me with aggressive behaviour. please highly not recommended can someone pass me the head office number please. i have asked for headphone number but she refused to give me ,she said i am the boss you can do whatever you want .. again please avoid this store to not to buy anything . i am going to make a complain to PayPal also
I have visited this store many times, which most of these times I was buying TV's ect which I believe worked quite well. I have also brought other customers into this shop, which they purchased phones, however most of these phones have many issues which you won't be able to know until it's already been purchased. After some consideration due to being short on money recently I decided to try and sell to this shop. These were still very much fresh looking electronic Items ,which were TV'S which I brought from this shop a few years ago and game consoles from other shops. When trying to sell, not only did I notice the staff of this shop agreeing with other customers to buy DVD'S which I obviously observed they were scratched but on many occasions refused to buy mine. After handing a member of staff my games console, he prodded it and handled it so rough that it started to come a part. After the refusal to buy, I decided to get it fixed incase. A few days later I came back into the shop with the console completely done up as good as new. Again, the same member of staff was piling up many reasons to which he didn't want to buy from me with an excuse of a scratch which I couldn't see. I ended up trying to sell more electronic items that I didn't need, and every time was a reason to why It cannot be taken with the worts and silly excuses , mean while I'm witnessing customers sell scratched up DVD's. Not only was I annoyed but also shocked. I didn't know if there was an actual issue or that is was a personal one as I don't know them. I guess this must have true as I was able to sell it in a blink of an eye in another cash generator in another city while on travel. I will not be buying or trying to sell again from this shop, they do not deserve the money.
Good store for a deal, also if your short til payday you can loan a few pound on that gold you've got stashed away for that rainy day, staff are very helpful
Hi I just wanted to leave a review on the customer service I received today. A guy called Johnny who helped me a lot and gave me an insight on my rights as a customer . Amazing service.
Ive never been treated bad the staff are down to earth and helpful ive never bought a bad product. I highly recommend them.
