Rip off brought a phone at Xmas phone left at home while on holiday then got home phone dead taken back under warranty to be sent to a another shop who said water damage and showed me photos and the screen that was on was completely different to the screen picture ie Lock Screen phone wouldn’t turn on no matter what but they said he got it to turn on and screen water damaged literally just taken for another option some where and the phone corrupted basically they taken phone apart screen fine board fine battery fine phone is shot it, They buy cheap sell expensive and come up with rubbish to not replace and as a franchise shop you can’t get in touch with head office
Searched for what I wanted online in a local store. I was impressed I could haggle online and got a new phone advertised at £80 for £72. Paid online and collected from my local cash converter in Burton on Trent within 2 hours. Came with more than advertised and in better condition than advertised imo. Staff very friendly and more than helpful will definitely recommend to friends and family
These are robbers! I wouldn’t use these ever again!! I put a ring in pawn and I was told that it would cost me £10 extra each month I left it in there for 2 months and I went to buy it back today and they charged me £107.92 for it being in there 2 months so how is that £10 per month??? They tell you what you want to hear on the day and because I’m not very good at reading and writing! They have taken advantage of me!!!!! So please be very careful!! I have had to get someone else to write this for me
This cash converters is a very nice place to be at, the staff are very friendly and you can have a laugh with them. The staff know what there doing there and can find anything, and they are very decent with there offers for a trade in for cash, very happy with this place defiantly recommend.

Asked some information on what firmware the psvitas in store had as I need a very specific one and the staff were rude and unhelpful

There are loads of bargains and i shop here quite regularly cant afford all in one go put a 20% deposit and pay later get good things and save for them before you know it there yours
