So to start compared to all over cash converters in the uk even tho we live in a poverty area there prices are high like the London stores sell stuff for cheaper imagine that lol not to mention a lot of the stuff is either broken are on its last legs one to avoid sadly
On first name terms with the staff and speed dial lol The staff are amazing going above and beyond Have a wide range of goods and hidden gems. It's well worth a visit
Bought a gaming pc from this shop a few months back & it has been perfect, I've had 0 issues with it up to now. The staff were really helpful in knowing all the information about the computer to see if it was suitable for what i wanted it for. I would buy from here again.
Always been helpful gave extra time on my items when they didn’t have to but went out of their way to give the extra time needed to pay so to me that is looking after the client and putting profits second great staff doing a hard job respect goes out to all staff who work there
Been today to sort out item I brought as I never fully understood how drill worked . Have never had 5 star service in my life as staff member had so much patience , understanding & sorted out my issues . Hope this person gets promoted as role model of how customers should be treated Great service
Ordered a keyboard online from this store back in March and then paid separate postage afterwards, hoping it would arrive before I went travelling. It didn't come within those 2 and a half weeks. I'm now back, 5 months later, no keyboard ever turned up to my mother's house and they're telling me I already collected it in store shortly after the purchase way back in March! Yet they can't tell me the date and time that it was collected! Clearly they have a snakey employee or two. I will be reporting them to head office. On the phone the employee would ask me a question and then cut me off mid sentence before I finished an explanation. Was then misquoting information I'd given her and consequently then saying their were inconsistencies in my story. She clearly wrote a miniscule amount of what I was telling her down. An absolute joke.
Purchased a Bass Guitar from said branch 10/03/2017 excellent customer service as one would expect and to mention your Oldham branch the same. Good customer relations between shop staff from buying to selling.
My expiry date had ended and I thought I lost my apple ipad so I rang up and I'm so glad I did : the lady who I spoke to has let me buy it back : thank you so much for making me so happy *****
Went cash convertors over year ago to sell a couple of watches they were very good makes they offered me 15 pounds for one then the other 20 pounds if i would of sold them to they would of made a lot more money cash Convertors are a rip off they dont offer you any decent prices waste of space people be warned
I got big problem with this place.but yet still go because the guys are really nice.ive been going here years and was 100percent on my stats.so got better deals.coz always payed my debts.which was great but then march last year lost my job of 5 years.not because of struggle with money my stats are no longer as good.so know when you really need it the most they no where near as much as I use to get.but yet you still earning my money which I have giving them years every month.just feel kicked when im on my back.the worker are 98 percent ok.nice girl black hair got lovly smile.and they all know my name don't have to say out.i have a laugh with them
