I brought a Patek Philippe Nautilus I inherited in here for a laugh just to see what they would say. The guy looked at it and someone else came over and they whispered back and forth for a bit then the guy wit the beard said, "We would only offer you £40 for it." Of course I laughed and walked out but my point had been proven.

At its new location slightly bigger store roughly. Only difference is musical instruments and where you Go to sell items to them is in the other half of the shop but either way store is well laid out.

This branch is a disgrace..the buy back guy I dealt with was ignorant, rude and sarcastic and is incapable of smiling it seemed..offered me £200 for a Samsung Galaxy S20+ which was in great condition and only a few months old knowing they could easily sell that phone for £700 +....Such a shame because the staff in the Paisley store are fantastic, friendly and helpful but unfortunately close early because of covid19 ...this store and it's staff deferentially let down the company and the helpful staff in other stores :-
Been Buying Products From Cash Converters For Years, From The Original Shop And The New One Which Is Just 2 Doors Down And Bigger Premises.
Absolute rip off of a store. The staff know you are desperate so offer pitiful prices. If your lucky you'll get less than a quarter of what you paid for your item. No matter the condition... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
