Sheepishly purchased a Gshock from their online store, the pictures weren't great but the description said it was in good condition. Item arrived packed very poorly loose in a thin jiffy bag and almost breaking through the paper and the solar cell was clearly damaged which wasn't in the item description. I have emailed the store twice now seeking a return and refund and am yet to receive any kind of response.
Bought a computer game for my daughters switch but the cartridge didn't work, the next day I returned it for my daughter at first they refused. I said there was no other game she wanted so I wanted my money back but the girl said no. I asked to speak to the manager she went and spoke then returned saying I caould have my money back since I was returning it the next day. The Cash Converters website says customers are entitled to their money back when an item is unusable. I definitely will not be shopping there again.
Fab shop and great service. Steve was so helpful and has great knowledge of the electronics and games. I have one very fussy teenager and he was really happy with his Birthday gift. Big thanks for being so approachable and helpful.
What a delight, dealt with Steve, he knows his stuff, fabulous service from the start of my sale to the end. Would definitely call in again. Such a cheery guy, breath of fresh air, to deal with someone so polite and friendly.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lazy and don't get goods sent out. The only way they will know it hasn't been delivered is when you have to call them and discover the item is still lying there.
Went in recently with some scrap gold. Was served by Sarah very profession and friendly she explained that she would be a few mins checking hallmarks and test jewellery. Was really happy with the outcome of transaction. I even spent some money in store on more jewellery. Will be visiting again soon.
Posting on behalf of Issabella Traynor Chris is such an amazing member of staff, always so happy and cheerful, as well as being extremely helpful. He's clearly a very valuable member of the team. Sarah is another amazing staff member who always goes out her way to provide the best customer service possible. She knows how to make you feel valued and is always happy to help. All the staff here are completely amazing and always are on hand to help and answer any questions you may have regardless of how daft they may be and always try and get you the best deal available. Much prefer here to places like CeX or Granger Games.
So I got sold a faulty TV and they are like we need to see fault before we can do anything which i understand but half the time they take days to even look at it then claim no problem when clearly there is and to be honest the attitude on some of the staff especially the one that sold me the TV honestly its pathetic and one of the staff didn't know how to even turn on a TV and she was testing it at desk where people sell stuff to them honestly this place was good now it's gone to the dogs ,it would be better if they closed down
