Lovely service from a young lady called jade she's always polite and happy to help. Nothing is ever too much. And she's always smiling
My mum and I went in looking for a phone for her yesterday. We came across an s22 ultra for a decent price, An employee from the store didn't get his name but provided great customer service when asked to look at this phone in further detail. My mum decided she wanted the phone but returned today to buy it as she wanted to sell her phone to them at the same time. Another employee, Mario, took over today when we went in and did a wonderful job in helping my mum transfer all of her stuff to the new phone from the old. Once completed we bought the phone and my mum left very happy with her new phone. Thank you Mario and to the other employees who also provided great customer service to us during our time there.
I was taking my blind/disabled client for his day out. He is an avid collector of old gadgets and tech. The customer service there was warm and welcoming with my client. One staff member there in particular, called Haley, really went above and beyond to give satisfactory customer advise, as well as making great effort to find specific gadgets my client specifically asked for. She even made other recommendations to spark his interest. My client bought an old MP3 player that was pretty big in size and unique in its design. My client was satisfied with the final purchase and Haley was an absolute star for being patient, understanding, professional and an absolute joy for her services. Thank you.
