Casablanca hire is definitely who they say they are. Very professional and know their stuff. Hired 2x units of 6x4m Marquees making them into 6x8m and fit perfectly fine at our site for our event last week Friday, 19 Apr 2024. And also hired the 5x 5ft6inch round tables and 80x chairs too. Our concerns were the site ground is not even level, but the marquee has adjustable leg stands so it was perfectly level. The Malaysian society thank you for good product and service. Would recommend. Price is acceptable for a 1 day hire. Thank you -Din
We continue to work with Tom Cox and Casablanca for our Marylebone Summer Festival event. They consistently do a great job delivering all the hired infrastructure on time and in a very organised fashion. They are super communicative and an absolute pleasure to work with. They really help to make our event run as smoothly as possible.
Absolutely terrible company. I ordered 10 round tables for my wedding and Casablanca dropped off 10 rectangular tables instead! Refused to return my calls and replace the tables. Fortunately the venue had their own rectangle tables and we were able to cobble them together, but with round tablecloths. Tried to blame me for their mistake when we returned from honeymoon. It was only when I informed them we were taking them to court, did they return my money. Unreliable and dishonest.
Casablanca Hire are superb. Reliable, efficient and no fuss. Casablanca did not hesitate to assist me. They were so generous and supportive. i had to change my order a few times and they were gracious and kind at every step. I recommend Casablanca Hire without hesitation, and hope i will have an opportunity to use their services again soon.
I received excellent service from everyone I had dealings with. Casablanca's was the most competitive quote I received and they were nothing but helpful even though I kept adjusting my order. When I rang on the day to delay the delivery time, the man I spoke to went out of his way to help me. The driver who delivered the crates was very gentlemanly, waiting patiently and cheerfully even though I was a bit late to the venue. I have given this 5 stars for a lovely customer experience.
Casablanca Hire are superb. Reliable, efficient and no fuss. We used their services for an exclusive fundraising event for high profile women in sport, which we held at the EU Commission in London. We needed to hire crockery, cutlery and round tables for providing afternoon tea to just under 100 guests. The expectations of top standards at the event were high and we were also trying to keep our costs down as much as possible so that as much of our proceeds as possible could go to the charity we were raising funds for, ActionAid. Casablanca did not hesitate to assist us. They were so generous and supportive. We had to change our order a few times and they were gracious and kind at every step. Event planning is very stressful. Working with Casablanca Hire felt like a team effort. I recommend Casablanca Hire without hesitation, and hope we will have an opportunity to use their services again soon.
This was my first time using Casablanca Hire and I will definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Their prices and service were excellent. They were very accommodating - changing my delivery time slot for me the day before delivery was due. We have just used Casablanca Hire to supply a marquee on our patio across the back of the House for a garden party. The marquee was splendid and much needed as it was a very hot day. Most importantly they were a pleasure to deal with. They were reliable, professional, efficient and polite from our first meeting with Jonathan to measure up, to Caroline in the office who organised the crockery and table hire etc all rather last minute and especially the guys who came to erect and dismantle who could not have been more helpful. I am a passionate gardener and have loads of pots on the patio which they moved or rearranged without complaint and not a single plant was damaged. Well done all. I would not hesitate to recommend them...
We used Casablanca as the supplier for our wedding in April 2018 at the Battersea Pump House Gallery and Bandstand - providing not only the marquee structures but everything else we needed including tables, chairs, crockery, linen, lighting, dance floor, heaters, sofas, bar tables…the list was endless! From the very start the whole team were nothing but professional, responsive and helpful. Our contact person was Darren and he always replied promptly and clearly. The wealth of event management and setup experience that Darren and the team had was both obvious and invaluable; they listened to exactly what kind of setting and atmosphere we were trying to create and then worked to make that a reality; using their experience to give the best advice possible on the layout and putting in place contingency plans for things like bad weather they even got us 2 outdoor heaters for the ceremony ordered only the night before the wedding!. Since we didn’t have a wedding planner, we were communicating with Casablanca ourselves and they really guided us on what we would need – it would have been impossible for us to know otherwise how much of everything to order and I’m sure we would have forgotten something vital. In the end the setup was exactly as we had hoped; and in fact, probably even better. Casablanca set up a gazebo cover, chairs and sound system at the Battersea Bandstand for our ceremony, and then the marquee for dinner and dancing at the Pump House Gallery. It all looked spectacular. The team worked so hard to make our wedding exactly as we had hoped; the setup was done at exactly the time they promised it would be, allowing all other suppliers to work on schedule, and it was all taken down before we even woke up the next morning! I would certainly recommend using Casablanca for any event including weddings; they also knew our site well so going with someone who had done a number of events in Battersea Park was a great decision.
I needed a last minute order and Casablanca hire were quick and efficient in accommodating my needs. Delivery was on time on the day. Prices were competitive. I would highly recommend them!
