Wife Sarah and her daughter Lily manage our separate Gelateria in Keswick during the tourist season, while Matthew, Andrew’s son, makes all our gelato for both venues at bespoke premises in nearby Braithwaite.Homemade and local are themes that run throughout everything we make, with local flavour and authentic taste the foundation of everything we produce. Couldn’t fault it so 5 stars. Last evening in Keswick and this was the perfect end to a lovely short holiday. Food is really delicious and staff were all lovely. Highly recommend the banoffee sundae
Late lunch served until 3PM. Then dinner starts at 5PM. Great food, excellent service. Leave some room for the homemade icecream, which, in our opinion, is the best in the area.
After a day of hiking, pasta was definitely needed. We were directed to what many called 'the best place in Keswick, so thought we'd dive in. Yes, the food was fantastic lasagna and Gluten-free Free Bolognese, the wine choices were decent and the in-house made ice cream/sorbet choices divine. BUT the real stars is the staff. Watching them work as a team, keeping the clientele happy and fed while making us feel so welcome despite the busy night was such a bonus. Especially during times when it's difficult to get staff. Definitely worth booking in .
Lovely place, first time is been there, was a bit empty which was nice for me, but would effect the atmosphere, hence the one star less for me .. but I think most might actually like it. Staff were great, friendly and helpful.Food: 5/5
This is our go-to place for gelato in Keswick. The Gelato was extremely creamy and very good. The serving size for the single was very generous. There were quite a few flavors to choose from. The girl serving us was very patient with us with our 5 small children and let us sample flavors. Great service and great gelato.
Came here for a birthday dinner as Italian food always works out for everyone in the family. I picked a chicken tagliateli dish with sun dried tomatoes that was very tasty. Kids said the spaghetti bolognaise was the best, and all the pizzas were delicious as well. The host also brought me an excellent glass of Portuguese syrah that he said was his new favorite. The desserts are also not to be missed. The chocolate mousse cake was incredible, and I heard the sticky toffee cake was also delicious. Both were paired with the creamy homemade Gelato. Would visit again for sure!
Got vegan pizza and pasta here. Both were great especially the pasta! If you are vegan they also have a vegan chili and vegan chocolate gelato, so a decent amount of options!
Really good service with super friendly and helpful staff. Our drinks came flat with no fizz whatsoever but they were quickly replaced with no fuss. Salmon carbonara was slightly bland but goats cheese pizza and chunky chips were good

This is such a great Italian restaurant, the staff are really friendly, service is extremely quick and the food is great value for money. Do not expect this to be Michelin star worthy food, but it is wholesome, delicious carby food which is perfect when you have been hiking all day. I would really recommend this place and the garlic bread is to die for!
