Food arrived within 20 minutes. Piping hot. Presentation was spot on. I ordered a Veggie Burger, which was packed wirh salad and sauce and the bun was good quality and nicely toasted. It did fall apart when picking up and the burger was only warm, but excitable as was full of ingredients. The Spicey Chicken Wings were moist but crispy wirh a little kick but not too much. Cheesey Chips were plentiful and hot. Too much red salt for me and a bit overpowering, but no doubt perfect for most people. Overall very happy with the experience and food and defo use again. The driver was polite and rang me when he was outside. Cant ask for much more to be fair.
Usually order once a week. Just ordered to collect and went after ten mins. Order not even started. Served 6 people who walked in after us. Walked out after waiting half an hour and they're not even arsed when we're doing you a favour by coming to pick up. Not coming again.Service: 1/5
Food was OK but the staff are an absolute joke. There is one guy who I think is a delivery driver thinks he runs the place. He was definitely last in the que when they were giving out manners.Food: 4/5

Pizza was OK, literally the worst doner meat I've ever had my dog and next doors dog wouldn't even sniff it twice ,it's a combination of plastic and cardboard, totally understaffed ,the ones who do work,shouldn't be in a situation where they provide food for others ,if mad max was true this place would cater ,.. absolute joke

Food male staff don't listen to what you ask for and very rude
We ordered as my daughter likes the red salt and chicken stripes. My partner and I ordered a large casa mia special kebab. It came with no salad and was nearly cold already. When we rang to advise as to there being no salad the customer service was terrible and the attitude from the person on the other end of the phone was like it was my problem and my mistake. We will never be using Casa Mia again as this is our second incident with issues and terrible service and attitude when we call up.
Food is decent for its price, but unfortunately the women who took the order over the phone and handed it over on collection clearly wasn’t having the best day because she was rude and uninviting.Food: 4/5
